Earners of this badge have demonstrated a good understanding of the LTE RRC protocol layer. They can describe the RRC states and explain the behaviour of the UE in each state. They will be able to describe the RRC connection process and commentate on the contents of the RRC message and how this applies to the DRB. the will also be able to explain the manner in which the measurement processes are configured.
