Holders of this badge have developed a good technical understanding of the Concepts, Architecture, Procedures and Data used in LTE Billing and Charging. They understand both Online and Offline charging; Session-based and Event-based charging; and Bearer-level and Flow-based charging. They have also developed their understanding of the way in which connectivity is managed within the network through Policy and Charging Control and the relevant interactions within the overall Billing Architecture.
