Badge-earners have demonstrated a good knowledge of CAMEL as a set of network features, including the CAMEL architecture, protocols, information flows, and data - and how each specific CAMEL feature is implemented. In particular, they have developed a good understanding of how CAMEL supports charging within 3GPP networks, including Pre-Paid.
