A WWSMS coach is a professional mentor who supports, educates and motivates the participants of Talent Acceleration Program. They provide recommendations for growth and guide participants to achieve project goals. The coaches also enable in implementing projects paving path to new and better ways of working for peers and Stakeholders of WWSMS.

Earning Criteria

Actively participating in mentoring sessions with the Skill Enhancement Participants, guiding them throughout the project span and helping participants explore various avenues.
