A Leadership Enablement Mentor is a professional mentor who supports, educates and motivates the participants of WWSMS Leadership Enablement Program. They provide recommendations for growth and guide participants to achieve program goals. The mentor also enables the participants in implementing the learnings ultimately laying foundation to develop the WWSMS leadership pipeline.
