Developed through the award winning Centre of Excellence in partnership with NCFE.

Educators understand how the 7-step developing excellence framework underpins WorldSkills UK’s training methodology and its transfer into teaching and training.
Educators can explain the process of moving from competence to excellence, through raising standards and the identification of core and higher order competencies.
Educators learn how to embed pressure testing into curriculum delivery to raise standards of learners.
Educators are introduced to the practices adopted by Training Managers developing a Squad of young people who represent UK on a global stage at the biennial skills olympics.
Educators are exposed to world-class standards of excellence through the WorldSkills Occupational Standards.
