The Worldchefs Certified Regional Judge level is designed for culinary competition jurors with a local scope not just limited to regional areas but also International areas where the applicant's language or cuisine may be featured. This is a stepping stone to the next level.

Earning Criteria

The application form must be signed and sealed by the applicant's local chefs association President as well as Worldchefs national association president in the applicant's country.

The local chefs association must be a financial member of Worldchefs or a sub-branch of the national member.

The national body of the applicant's country must also be a financial member and in good standing.

The applicant must have participated in a qualifying Worldchefs Competition Seminar within the last five (5) years.

The applicant provides a resume or brief bio explaining their position in the kitchen as a Chef, a Food Service Manager, or a Chef Educator in a culinary school.

The applicant provides proof that they have competed in a competition as a team member or as an individual OR Provides references that they have worked in a high-end restaurant for a minimum of two (2) years OR Have been a senior lecturer in a culinary school for a minimum of five (5) years

The applicant provides proof that they have judged at a local regional or national competition or have been a Rookie Judge at a Worldchefs endorsed competition

The applicant must be up-to-date with the Worldchefs Food & Hygiene Regulations.

The applicant must understand the Worldchefs ‘Code of Conduct’.
