Global Culinary Challenge Malaysia (GCCM) is the only Chinese cuisine competition held in Malaysia that is recognized and certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). In order to promote the Malaysian culinary skill and food culture at the same time provide a platform for all the participating chefs from around the world to interact and share experiences, also to promote tourism in Malaysia.
