Earners of Total Rewards Management have completed a knowledge-based exam that provides evidence of knowledge of the components of the Total Rewards model and the critical role of organizational culture, business strategy, and HR strategy. It also provides evidence of knowledge of the six elements of total rewards: compensation, benefits, well-being effectiveness, development, and recognition. This is a required step in achieving the CCP®, CBP®, and GRP® credentials.
