Earners of Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation have completed a knowledge-based exam that provides evidence of knowledge and critical skills in the key concepts of conducting job analysis in human resources management and discovering processes and methods of job analysis to put into practice in their role as an HR professional. This is a required step in achieving the Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional credential.
