The Wiley-mthree Alumni Program for Production Support is a rigorous 10 weeks training program. The Alumni is selected from a talent pool of over 30,000 candidates based on a 4 step selection process. Post selection the Alumni undergo an extensive full day-10 weeks training in various aspects of Production Support, problem solving and creative thinking. The Alumni undergoes continuous evaluation and is required to clear a final assessment to be deployed in a top global organization.
