Earning Criteria

Candidates must have at least five years of professional experience and be in or approaching a formal people leadership role to be considered for this program. Many participants of this program were selected by their employer in recognition for outstanding performance and potential for advancement.

Candidates must submit an application and be accepted by WCT to participate in this program. Most participants were also selected or approved for participation by their employer.

This program is only open to people who self-identify as women. These *women may use diverse pronouns to identify themselves.
