Throughout the program, Compass Scholars develop a personalized Lab Manual to communicate essential information, expectations, and policies with members of their research teams. They work in Peer Mentoring Teams to review course content, participate in guided activities, and share advice on real-world scenarios. Scholars also attend virtual Fireside Chats with experienced mentors and draft a Time Capsule Journal to reflect on their learning and record personal insights for their future self.
