A leadership development program for second year Wabtec LEAD and STEP employees. Attendees learned and practiced skills in shifting from great employee to great team member, advanced communications & presentations, power & authority, ambiguity, and navigating their career. The program also included sessions grounded in Vision, Mission, and Values and encouraged participation in coaching circles, to foster deeper connections and provide attendees with opportunities to hear different perspectives.
