Complete three (3) two-hour workshops: 1) Understanding the Foundation of Team Dynamics; 2) Appreciating Conflict for Innovative Collaboration; and 3) Aligning Diverse Talents for Team Performance.

Participants will diagnose a specific challenge within their team and design a strategic intervention plan based upon knowledge gained.
