Earning Criteria

Complete three (3) two-hour workshops: 1) Understanding and Appreciating Strengths; 2) Building Momentum with Strengths; and 3) Using Strengths to Improve Culture and Teamwork through the VCU School of Education's Leadership Hub.

Complete a personal strengths-based inventory and write a reflective summary on what is learned and how the knowledge will be used moving forward that includes setting three personal goals and how the participant will use their individual strengths to achieve success for each goal.
