Earning Criteria

Over the course of a week, participate in live, in class training, as well as team and independent work. Learning modules include topics on self-awareness, communication and presence, business strategy, global ethics, decision making, critical thinking, change management, and coaching others.
Over three months, participants move through an Innovation Challenge working in teams to identify a problem, collect data, ideate solutions, and present results.
