Earning Criteria

Over the course of a week, participate in live, in class training, as well as team and independent work. Learning modules include topics on self-awareness, DEI initiatives, communication and presence, developing others, developing a growth mindset, business and financial acumen, decision making, critical thinking, change management, and strategy.
Working with a team, develop a presentation in response to a leadership prompt and demonstrate communication and executive presence skills in front of an audience.
