Earners understand conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace. They are empowered leaders who stop avoiding difficult conversations and start leveraging them as catalysts for growth. Earners have mastered the frameworks necessary to de-escalate tension and reach collaborative solutions. They also are able to distinguish between harmful interpersonal friction and productive creative conflict, giving them the confidence to lead through crisis and change with emotional intelligence.

Earning Criteria

Complete three (3) two-hour workshops: 1) Understanding Conflict and its Roots; 2) Understanding Frameworks for Resolving Conflict; and 3) Leading Diversity of Thought.

Participants will document a real-world or simulated workplace conflict, analyze its root causes, and design a step-by-step resolution strategy to ensure they have a repeatable framework they can use whenever tension arises in the future.
