Earning Criteria
-
Participants complete lectures, workshops, and experiential learning through practice-in-action and reflective inquiry. Focusing on self-discovery, they complete a series of intensive leadership assessments, personality style inventories, and a comprehensive 360-degree feedback survey. In addition to in-class hours, 4 to 5 hours per month are spent outside of scheduled program sessions to support their learning and development.
-
Participants complete a leadership portfolio of documents, objects, works, and artifacts that constitute a tangible record of their reflection of learning, personal and professional development, accomplishments, and experiences during the program. The portfolio is a comprehensive catalog of their leadership development plan, assessment tools, conceptual models, and other resources, which foster self-awareness and reflection and the creation of personal and professional development strategies.
