Awarded to individuals who have successfully completed the requirements for Versent's Licence to Lead Program. Participants develop their leadership skills through classroom learning, social learning and on the job activities over the course of twelve weeks. Topics explored include Developing a Leader's Mindset, Holding Regular 1-on-1s, Setting up Your Team to Get Results, Creating a Culture of Feedback, Leading Your Team Through Change and Managing Your Time and Energy.
