Passed “Create a Social Responsibility Plan.” A critical tool for ensuring the success of a CSR initiative, the earner had to develop a plan that clearly set out the purpose, impact and benefits; identified goals and activities, and assigned roles and responsibilities.

Social Responsibility Role Ready: Completed 35 learning assets. Core topics included: Corporate Social Responsibility; Managing Partnerships; Managing Volunteers; Leading a brainstorming session; Building Donor Relationships; Event Planning; Sponsorship Development; Cost Tracking; Public Relations; Social Media Marketing and Media Writing.

Leadership Ready: Completed 35 learning assets. Core elements included: Values and Behaviors; The Role of a Leader; Leading and Motivating Teams; Analyzing Capability and The Character of Leadership. Throughout the earner was required to engage in topic discussions and pass a series of formative assessments.

Passed "Leadership Reflections." In this assessment, the earner had to submit a 1000 word paper critiquing their values, beliefs and development needs. The assessment was split into three sections: Your True North (an examination of values and beliefs), Your Development (a focus on personal and professional development needs), and Your Legacy (a critique of desired outcomes).
