Candidates choose to undertake this qualification as part of ongoing learning and development opportunities linked to their paid employment as a UWE Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Senior Leader. They are encouraged to evidence and reflect on their mentoring skills; identify areas for improvement within their practice through ongoing review of their mentoring performance and feedback, and reflect on their ability to perform effectively as a mentor within UWE’s PAL context.
