Open Door Policy is a remote non-for-profit organization that offers a meeting point for mission-driven employers & skilled refugees. They upskill qualified and motivated displaced individuals and connect them to remote, digital work. The participants contributed to ODP’s 8-week Remote Employability Programme and conducted or participated in mentoring related research working with volunteer mentors in the programme that come from diverse industries and sectors.
