Earners apply hotel operations knowledge across guest-facing and back-of-house functions and connect property-level work to the corporate functions supporting a multi-property hospitality company. Through mentored rotations and applied projects, earners demonstrate capability in front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, revenue management, sales, and marketing, along with project management and professional networking that prepare them for hospitality leadership roles.

Earning Criteria

Selected through a competitive application and interview process conducted jointly by USF and the industry partner.

Completed a minimum of 60 hours of structured experiential learning across two consecutive semesters.

Completed mentored rotations spanning hotel-level operations and corporate-level functions of a multi-property hospitality organization.

Participated in professional development activities, including leadership training and career coaching.

Designed and delivered mentor-guided applied projects.

Demonstrated consistent engagement, professionalism, and adherence to schedule commitments as verified by program mentors.

Successfully completed all program requirements and received certification of completion from the industry partner.
