Upon successful completion of this online self-paced course participants will learn the difference between adaptive and technical challenges and be able to identify and diagnose adaptive challenges. Participants will enhance their leadership capabilities mobilise diverse ideas and people through the creation of productive holding spaces, particularly in the dynamic context of perpetual change. Participants will learn to lead differently by generating multiple experiments to make progress.
