Individuals who complete this course will be equipped with an understanding of the key Lean framework, tools and techniques underpinning process improvement. It will enable the participants to transfer the knowledge and learnings in their workplaces to identify root causes of process issues and simplify and streamline processes in their areas of responsibility.
Earning Criteria

To earn this digital badge individuals will have attended Day 1 Workshop, worked in small groups in undertaking a process improvement in their area of responsibility, and presented to the AGSM Facilitator on application of learning and tools experienced in Day 1 for implementation of process changes or recommendation of Changes.
