Description of the course: Individuals who complete this course will be equipped with an understanding of the tools and techniques of the design thinking/human-centered design process, a customer-centric, creative and experimentation driven approach (and mindset) to innovation and transformation, for surviving and thriving in a world of constant disruption.
Earning Criteria

To earn this digital badge individuals will have attended Day 1 Workshop, worked in small groups in refining an existing processes/service or develop a new process/service, to significantly enhance the customer experience, and presented to the AGSM Facilitator on application of Design Thinking steps.
