Upon completion of this program, individuals will understand the strategic and personal drivers of leader and leadership development, increase self-awareness and self-management, and finally consider and develop leadership approaches for future application. Participants have developed public sector leadership skills, communication and influence skills, and decision making through individual and group reflection, workplace based activities, and facilitator led discussion.
