Earners were introduced to the hazard classification process for ammunition and explosives as outlined in Technical Bulletin (TB) 700-2. The procedures for assessing potential reaction of ammunition and explosives and the assignment of hazard class and hazard division for transportation and storage were presented. Department of Defense (DoD) hazard classification procedures for final hazard classification, interim hazard classification, and conditional were covered.
