Earners of this credential attended a 12-hour course focused on protecting community infrastructure from violent attacks. Course outcomes include understanding soft target vulnerabilities; assessing current and emergent threats; understanding the motivation and capabilities of threat actors; analysis of soft target attacks and lessons learned; knowledge of hardening tactics; and assessing a soft target and developing a tailored hardening plan for a facility, organization or event.
