Earners of this credential have been introduced to the role of the HR professionals in identifying and mitigating risks associated with personnel, including safety and security, organizational risk mapping, avoiding risk, transferring risk and managing risks that cannot be avoided. Participants develop their own Risk Control Matrix and learn about how they can help increase awareness about, and offer solutions to, the risks businesses face.
