DIS 3 Leadership I

The DIS 3 course provides training on the fundamentals of leading and managing in public health. Participants will be introduced to key leadership concepts, team effectiveness, workplace success strategies, and delegation style, and learn how to motivate your team. Complete knowledge checks after each module to ensure comprehension of critical lesson material. An 80% or above on the final exam.
