In this Graduate Student Teaching Initiative program, participants attend six or more teaching workshops within three concentrations (Pedagogy, Professional Development, Educational Technology, Online Teaching, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion), and submit corresponding assignments meeting best practices criteria, as determined by University Center for Teaching and Learning staff. The final requirement is a capstone essay, describing the impact of the program on participants' teaching.
