In this presentation, Dr. J. S. Mukuni et al discuss their recent article in which they propose an approach to the application of Instructional Design Technology (IDT) theory and practice to the decolonization of the curriculum in some sub-Saharan African countries. The aim is to provide support to increasing the content related to colonized and marginalized peoples and challenging how history has been conventionally taught.
