In this workshop, participants explore the idea and practice of "resting to rise" for academics. They are introduced to yoga nidra - what it is, what it does, its relevance to faculty, and, most importantly, how to try it and even fit it in to their already-full schedule. Jenny Reichart, Faculty Development Specialist and Academic Coach will facilitate this session as part of the Faculty Summer Self-Care Series.
