COVID-19 has highlighted some of the realities students face in managing technology, be it a digital divide with disparity in access to technology and/or internet access, or constraints around space, from experiencing poverty or homelessness to living in multi-generational households. In this session, the badge earner will learn about factors that influence students learning in this virtual environment and learn about Zoom features that can enhance and humanize the classroom experience.
