Issued by
University of North Dakota
In Fall 2020, the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy (TTaDA) hosted a campus-wide faculty, staff, and administrator DEI book study on How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi. Kendi sets forth the idea that people can either be racist or anti-racist, and that there is no in-between. This book study was a semester-long opportunity to engage with this text.
