The Dakota GWEP Online Geriatric Curriculum (OGC) serves as a working model to provide foundational geriatric competencies and knowledge for medicine (Williams et al., 2010), nursing (Kennedy-Malone et al., 2006), psychology (Knight et al., 2009), social work (Naito-Chan et al., 2004), physical therapy (Wong et al., 2011), multidisciplinary professionals (Partnership for Health in Aging, 2010), and interprofessional practice applying to older adult teams (IPEC, 2011).
