The earner of this badge must complete a 3.5-hours course. This course is designed for Leaders at all levels to understand the importance of applying Lean concepts and building a Lean culture within any organization. Within this course, the learner will understand the foundation, and approach to building a Lean culture within their team as well as what a leader can expect from their team and what the team expects from their leadership.
