CPS Online-Faculty Pathway to Promotion-Level 3

College of Professional Studies Online (CPSO) faculty members are awarded points for their engagement in professional development activities internal to CPS, as well as external. For each activity faculty participate in, they will receive points (1, 2, or 3, respectively) as outlined in the Faculty Handbook. In order to reach the CPS- Faculty Pathway to Promotion- Level 3, faculty members must reach a threshold of 20 earned points and have earned CPS- Faculty Pathway to Promotion- Level 1 and 2

Earning Criteria

Participation in CPS Micro-Credential, Professional Learning Community Sessions, or Providing Feedback on Professional Learning Community Sessions; Participation in CPS Student Success Initiatives.

Serve as a New Faculty Onboarding Mentor or Peer Mentor for 1 year; Lead curriculum design project.

Engagement in external professional development and submitting documentation.
