This multi-day course explores and assesses competency of the intermediate techniques of adherent and suspension sub-culturing, automated cell counting and viability, cell culture scale-up, bio- reactor systems and automation, and molecular biology techniques, while employing stringent aseptic technique.

Learners are expected to participate in at least 85% of the entire experience. Fulfilment of all competencies is required, and course instructors approve their successful completion of experienced-based learning.
