Earning Criteria

  • Attend the 3- hour TLC Instructional Coach Orientation.
  • Complete all three orientation assessments.
  • Participate in one reciprocal instructional coaching cycle: including serving as both the coach and the instructor being observed.
  • Conduct a pre-observation meeting to establish goals and focus areas.
  • Complete a classroom observation using the TLC model.
  • Lead a post-observation feedback conversation grounded in evidence and reflection.
  • Attend one follow-up Community of Practice session with the cohort.
  • Complete the TLC program feedback survey.
