Earners of the badge developed a greater awareness of their own culture as well as how culture impacts our perceptions, communication, values, beliefs, and behaviors. They also learned three important areas for creating cultures of inclusion in our workplaces: Inclusive attitudes, inclusive language, and inclusive practices. And finally, they learned strategies and practices for enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
