Earning Criteria

Activities included the completion of 8 asynchronous learning modules aligned with healthcare leadership. In addition to the content modules, program participants attended 4 in-person workshops (2 hours each) to promote engagement and application of the curriculum to practice. In total, participants completed over 65 hours of instructional time and, thus, earned 6 prior learning credits (PLCs) toward a bachelor's degree in our Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL) Program.
