Students participate in co-curricular experiences outside the classroom that support academic, personal, and professional growth. Through these experiences, participants engage in structured activities and complete a set number of requirements that build skills and credentials valued by employers. Earners of this badge demonstrate the ability to understand and apply NACE-inspired career readiness competencies.
