Student learned concepts regarding positive education and makes the case for why skills that increase positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment should be taught in school. Student learned research-based strategies that increase educator and student well-being will be discussed, as well as the application of these strategies during times of remote instruction for implementation in classroom.
