The Governor’s Office Academy of Leadership program is a leadership development program targeted to mid-level Leaders employed in Executive Branch Agencies under the Illinois Office of the Governor. These leaders are the backbone of State government and play critical roles in providing stability through transitions and maintaining the operations that serve the State’s mission. It is a selective year long cohort program designed to develop and enhance leadership skill sets.
