The Thriving at CU workshop series is designed to acclimate early-career faculty to the challenges and opportunities of faculty life at CU Boulder. This badge recognizes that the participant has taken the time to meet early career faculty colleagues, reflect upon their new role as a faculty member, and learn more deeply about the university by participating in eight or more sessions within their first three years.
