The Leadership Education for Advancement and Promotion (LEAP) workshop provides early-career faculty participants with increased understanding of the structure and processes of the CU Boulder campus, and connection with the broader campus community. Participants engage in leadership development sessions on topics such as communication and time management, and in dialogue with campus colleagues, leaders, and experts. This badge recognizes participant completion of the LEAP workshop.
